Hmm, shouldn't really double post, but the thread hasn't updated in two months so can we just call this a bump?

Thing is, I'm really loving this comic I've found on the comics app on my iPod. It's called Chew, and it's about this Chinese-American cop who can psychically read into things he eats (leading to biting the face off a dead serial killer to find out his victims). Oh, and poultry meat is banned after bird flu killed lots of people as was feared, so it's treated like a narcotic. It's looking so cool right now, I think I might buy the book so I can read more.

The app's called comiXology by the way, and has quite a lot of freebie 1st chapters and previews.

This isn't actually a comic book, but Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. And GOD IS IT LONG. Luckily it's not as long as book 5.

I just got out my old copy of "Atlas shrugged" by Ayn Rand. I can't wait to reread it. Damn, it's so thick!

My other webcomic "The Business of Fashion" --> http://www.mangamagazine.net/manga-and-comics/The-Business-of-Fashion/detail-page/1242?lang=en It's about people that work in the apparel industry.

I bought this Star Wars book at an oldhand book store in Los Banos, long ago, and I've been gradually, slowly, getting back into reading it again.

It's one of those three-in-one adventure books: very thick, three adventures relative all to Han Solo. Given the date, it came out probably a little after the first movie and towards the second, I forget. But it's very fun. I picked it up when I used to do old SW/ST RPs with folks on myspace. Eventually I'll try and read it nonstop. xD

I'm in the middle of reading Black Hole right now, and I think it's really good so far. It's definitely different - the art is stark black/white, and the subject matter is very weird, to say the least. It's about a bunch of teenagers, an STD that can give monstrous deformities to the people that contract them, and the drama that unfolds surrounding the whole thing. It's a very strange, surreal drama that I would recommend if you want a change.
