hi i was wonder what was the level of nudity that is allowed on this site?
are cartoon drawings that contain drawings of sexual parts allowed?

So long as you mature-tag your comic, and the depictions aren't intended as pornographic, sure.
For reference, possibly check out Pictures of You, which shows pretty much everything, including sexual scenes. The point is, explicit as those scenes are, the author's primary objective isn't to turn people on.
Hope this is the correct answer; for a real confirmation you need either Admin or a Mod, but I think they'll agree.

Note that anything that could be interpreted as sexual and someone who looks like or is a minor might get it taken down, if you're not sure, send a PM to admin, possibly a rough image and context for that nudity as well to help expedite the process. 8)
