Video games that need a film adaption

Video games that need a film adaption

Postby Vanessa 999999999 » October 16th, 2011, 1:28 am

Have you ever played a game that you thought would be amazing as a film but never got adapted.

Personally for me these games deserve to have a film.
The Longest Journey
Drawn to Life
Clock Tower (Apparently a film is underway but it is stuck in developpement hell.)
Eternal Darkness
No More Heroes
Beyond Good and Evil
Starfox
The Legend of Zelda (Everything except the CD-i games)

Just hope if they are adapted, they won't be like the Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-li.

Silent film?

I'd like to see a Dead Space movie, and God of War. The Curse of Monkey Island would be awesome too. A (good) Silent Hill movie would be great.

- Both KotORs, easily. Just, don't let Lucas near them. Hell, don't even tell him they're happening until they're in theaters.
- Thief 3: Deadly Shadows. I'd watch the shit out of that.
- Mass Eff- oh... wait, I think they're doing that already. Good for them.

Navi in the Legend of Zelda film?

They're developping a sequel to the original Silent Hill named Silent Hill: Revelation 3D.

Yeah I heard, it'll probably just as awful. The word '3D' is in the title.

But reverend, everyone knows that KotOR would have been much better if it had more to do with taxation of trade routes and the greedy trade federation.

Brink.

But not actually Brink, I just want to see someone do the story it had right and not mess itself up as you get deeper into both sides of the story.

Other then that, most of them tend to be lame so that's about it.
The CGI Resident Evil one I watched was good though, but I think that was actually done by Capcom themselves or something.

Yeah, I'm all for animated/CGI adaptions, but live-action is just a no-no.

Yeah CGIs tend to be way better than Live Actions. Sweet Home was live-action though and it was pretty good.
