So recently SJ came down heavier on the whole people drawing minors involved in sexual acts and such comics have had to be taken down. I'm glad, too. However, for future reference, I just wanted to make sure of something. In the UK, where I'm at, the legal age is sixteen, but in the USA its eighteen, right? If I was to have a comic where a sixteen or seventeen year old had it off with somebody, would that be going against the rules? I'd just like to know for definite.
Just so you know, it wouldn't be explicit. Pretty much all off camera, but you know they did the dirty.
Maybe this is a stupid question? I don't know. But I'd like to know for sure and not having anything bite my ass further down the road. Cheers.

SJ has to follow US laws because its servers are located in the US, and that means any content you upload to SJ has to obey US laws.
That said, if it's off-screen, you should be fine. Making reference to it is legal, showing it is not.
