Dwayne McDuffie died

Postby gun21 » February 22nd, 2011, 10:38 pm

Earlier today.

Chances are you've seen a lot of his work. He was the co-creator of Static-Shock, did a bunch of work for DC, and the DCU, and a vocal opponent against the stereotypical presentation of black characters in comic books.

There's a bit of irony in his death considering his last film was a story about Superman Dying.

I found out a couple minutes ago. He was extremely talented. May he rest in peace.

Sorry to double post, but I thought I'd plug in this article as it is relevant: http://www.comicsalliance.com/2011/03/1 ... e-tribute/
Awkward timing for DC.
