Finished Webcomics
I'll apologize in advance if this thread is in the wrong place or if there already is a topic for this kind of discussion (I tried to look for something like this, but didn't find any). And "finished" is definately a genre, just like "short animes"?

Anyhow I'm in desperate need of comics, specially finished, because I have no patience to wait for, like, years till it's finished (oh me). So I though I'd make this thread where you can discuss and/or promote your own or someone else's webcomic which has ended or is going to end soon (like, in recent months). It doesn't have to be on smackjeeves, but it should be a free webcomic.

I have already read Inverloch, DM of the rings and Phoenix Requiem (ending soon?) for example. I liked those all, even though, as many have said (not maybe here), Inverloch has a bit anticlimatic ending. I've also read few pages of Unicorn jelly and Kid Radd but they didn't get me so hooked. If you have read one of these, please share a comment or if you have something to recommend to me or to anyone else.
I like epic fantasy and romance stuff but absolutely no yaoi/etc. please, it comes out of my ears and eyes... (sorry XD) And if this really is totally out of palce- thread, feel free to lock/delete/move/etc.

"Finished" is not a genre, it is a status, just like "parked" is not a type of car or "under construction" a type of house.

UrbanMysticDee: The Genre-Specific Discussion forum itself is typically used for webcomics and comics discussion that doesn't fit anywhere else... which means this topic is a pretty good fit.

The real genre-specific discussion happens in the subforums.

I wasn't commenting on where the thread was placed, I was responding to the following

The whole calculus of where threads go has always escaped me, as has the anger some people seem to display when threads are placed "incorrectly."

Oops, missed that one. In that case, I agree. Short anime are not a genre either, although they are a valid grouping of anime.

Uh, yes, I know that, I was being a bit sarcastic but failed. Or maybe you're sarcastic and I don't see it XD I was about to put this in general discussion, but though that this was more suitable after seeing what other threads go in here.

Aaaaand it would be great if we could get some talk about the topic x3

Well, there's a comic that I personally really love: http://www.purnicellin.com/lint/
It has 440 pages, so it's pretty long, it's epic, and it has romance :)
Even if the art at the beginning isn't exactly the best, it gets better and better (personally I love seeing progress, but the beginning may turn you off). Also, I like the humor in it :)

Sadly, the only finished comics I've read that were any good are those you've already listed ):

Here's the SJ search for finished, which isn't perfect, but has a few finished comics. I've heard good things about Acid Monday (but it doesn't seem to be in line with stuff you've listed).

The Midnight Tea Party isn't quite finished, but it's a series of short stories.
Brightside is also a collection of short stories.
Busy, busy.

Thank you so much for sharing these with me!
Lint seems really interesting, even the art IS a bit turnoff in the start but well... Made me laugh (ugh, I'm so mean XD). And I went and looked some newer pages and the progress is impressive! So it will be really fun to read that, thank you for sharing this > u <
I liked the short stories very much. The midnight tea party was really nice to read, even though the fancy dresses and a secret tea party gave me this Umineko-ish feeling XD ahhah. Anyhow, the other, brightside, had good stories too, although some of them weren't that decent. The punchlines were sometimes a bit dull or something. I can't comment very much, because I read only few stories from both of them, anyhow, at the moment I like the tea party more.
I haven't read the honeydew syndrome much yet, but the style seems quite good and so on, so I'll catch up with that later on : )

Anders Loves Maria (NSFW)
Queen of Wands
Girly (NSFW)
Roomies!/It's Walky!/Joyce and Walky!

Please note that the last link there leads to something known as the Walkyverse. David Willis started the comic in 1997, and continues to post two updates a day through Shortpacked! and Dumbing of Age. Roomies, It's Walky, and Joyce and Walky are all direct sequels, and that series has pretty much ended. Shortpacked and Dumbing of Age are two spinoffs of that story.

Rice Boy.

Evan Dahm seriously became one of my main inspirations after reading it.
