I think this one girl likes me, but I kinda like this other one already. what to do?

If you REALLY have no interests in her:
Tell her you're not interested in a civilized manner that does not involve further hard feelings.
If you are the kind of guy who like to keep emergency options if things go south with the first choice:
Keep her interested until you secure your first choice. (Be prepared for eventual backfires thought)
If you like both:
Find out which one is healthier for your mental state and wallet.
I don't think I can help you further than that.

I say what you have to do is decide who you think is more compatible with you based on your likes, dislikes and how well you can get along. That is, providing you're interested in both of them. If not, it IS flattering when someone likes you even when you like someone else but the worst you can do is string someone along. That causes feelings to be hurt and in the end you could lose the girl you like as well if she thinks you may be insensitive for stringing the other girl along in the first place and 'keeping your options open'.
In a case like this you really have to play it safe and if you don't like this other girl that likes you, tell her so in a nice manner. Part of this is taking the chance that the girl YOU like may not like you in return. But if that happens, someone else WILL come along.

Date them both at the same time, running from one place to the other while making your excuses as to why you keep vanishing. They'll never guess, AND it'll be hilarious!
On a serious note, why not find the good moment to ask 'em both how they feel? Tell the one you like that you like her and see if she does too. If she doesn't, go for plan B 8)

I think 'I like you' is a safe way to go. Or even just 'I quite fancy you', depends on yourself. Because it's quite mild, if she doesn't feel the same then things aren't too awkward if she doesn't reciprocate. If she does, then great! If she doesn't, then don't make a big deal about it and instead just carry on as normal and it it'll be fine, because it's always nice to hear someone quite likes you.

Only way to make that overkill is to somehow synchronize a fireworks show where the explosions spell out "I LIKE YOU" to epic choir music. Don't do that.
