Im making a new sky scraper ad that would require flash animation. Basically this wouls be the process

Picture 2 (3 seconds)
Picture 3 (3 seconds)
picture 4 (3 seconds)
picture 5 (6 seconds)
and repeat. Would anyone be able to help me make this happen so I can advertise this animated ad?

Well, these don't pertain to backgrounds, but I noticed you really gotta scan at a higher resolution, because the pixels are very obvious. You can also see your pencil work way too well, and it can seriously distract the reader when in reality you want them to focus on inks. The new page is kind of confusing, I think it may be rushing through the scene because I can't tell whats going on.

I see a slight difference in backgrounds, but not a huge difference. You're experimenting with line variation, and thats good! Some hatching is nice. You still need a lot of practice with positive and negative space, both in the foreground and the background, but if you do that, I think you'll be fine.

Okay, now comics time! I really want to draw more comics today, at least in the morning. I haven't drawn a new page in a week, and even though I got buffers drawn out already, I only have three pages drawn that aren't online. And, I'm going through art withdrawals. NEED... TO... DRAW!
