The Banned are King?

I was just browsing the members lists, and I found that being banned is top rank, higher than admin. Seems kinda odd to me. This is more of a curiosity than a question, so I won't bother the help team with it. Is there any actual reason for it, or is this some bug/glitch?

They are there to be an example to all those who think to make jest of our Law!

Seriously though, it's probably for no particular reason. I thought nothing of it, at least. That's me though.

Its probably hard coded into the forum. Im guessing that it divides members into categories, banned and not banned, and from those who are not banned, they are divided further as the admins see fit

Alphabetical order, peeps.
'B' comes before 'S,' and since no one else has a rank, blank comes last.

Yeah it's like the titles on the old Forum, except there are no titles yet aside from 'Site Admin' and 'Banned.'
