If this was a production, generally animators/concept artists take on the storyboarding.
If you've got a lot of great visual ideas, you should put them out. Since no one has presented a storyboard yet, it's very possible we'll use it, or at least elements of it.
Keep in mind storyboards are about laying out the scene, not rendering tightly, so the important thing is clarity, not how well you rendered out the image.
Also, the storyboard should probably match the ratio of the final video file, so if we chose something like HD 1080x720, then the storyboard sizes should be at a 3:2 ratio.
