I made this thing to see what people will think about my sketches..

Since im not that good yet, it won't be that good..

when you draw hair, you should consider that there's a skull cuz right now it seems like your characters have flat heads.
Edit: if u want to do a manga, train some full bodys with geometrical forms to improve your poses

you've got talent! one thing I'd suggest working on is the shading of your hair. The zig-zag white highlights don't tend to look like they come from a realistic light source. draw a circle or a sun in and shade from that angle:

of course, the light source is all up to you, but try varying the shading and highlights a bit. especially since you're drawing traditionally, it'll give your art a much more wholesome appearance and fight that "flat face" problem brody mentioned.
